They are run by a vicious tyrant named "Nanny" who regularly gives speeches to the group about the importance of their leadership roles in society. The Montminy Effect is seen throughout Massachusetts and runs deep into the heart of Rhode Island. Montminy's are said to have abnormally large calf muscles.
