What is Moo-cow?

An alcoholic drink originating from Wisconsin. It was originally designed as a drink containing equal parts tequlla and milk. More recently it has been used to refer to a shot containing tequilla topped off with half & half.
Man I had so many moo-cow's at the bar last night.
