Noun. A particularly flighty and flaky space cadet in a long and lonely orbit, free of substance and merit. A common moonfart trait is delivering intensely bitchy comments in a soothing, vacant tone; also deflecting all blame and responsibility in the same zombie-guru monotone.
Guy1: Man, if she put as much effort into her work as she does trying to lead the office in meditation, she might keep her job.
Guy2: What else do you expect of moonfart?
