Where someone has a head of hair that resembles a mop, or they just have a LOT of hair. Usually found on teenage males. Some people who have mops on there head try to act emo adn flip the hair in front of their eyes out of the way. Which makes them look like a douchebag.
Ryan has a mop dome, and he shakes it like he's emo.
