What is Mukalicious?

To be a Mukala, a smartass, one who lacks common sense, who speaks their mind in public and picks little fights with random people. To be rude in with the purpose to entertain others and self gratify one self. To speak without thinking. To never hold back what one is thinking. To say anything to anyone without any shame.
