What is Nahum?

An exclamation used as a catch all affirmation of another person's comment, question, presence, or observation. Often used as a modern day "amen"... Emphasis can be placed on either syllable for desired level of agreement or level of exclamation.
Man 1: A cold beer sure sounds good on a hot day like this
Man 2: Nahum...
or
Man 1: Hey! Check out that fun bags on that slut across the street!
Man 2: Nahum!!
or
Man 1: Did you hear that he fucked her right after he broke up with her?
