The worlds most prestigous community college with an athletic program that is undeniably the strongest in the country. The cougars are always predicted to be a national championship contender and most always are. They have a heated rivalry with the Pelisippi State Lions.

Nashville State defeated Pelissippi State 47-21 in 2005.
