What is Na-skaso-re?

The word is derived from a man by the name of Kyriako from the isalnd of Rhodes, Greece. The definition of this word or phrase is only used after you have let one rip (fart) or had too much to eat or drink and your body is needed to release some gas...after the release of gas the whole purpose is to look at the person nearest to you and say "Na-Skaso-Re" and start giggling right after....the proper translation into english is, "do you want me to blow up" hahahahha enjoy.....
