What is N00b Metal?

Similar to nu-metal, the n00b-metal genre relies on songs lacking any '1337 skillz'. Their 3 track EP's can generally only be found on the artists' geocities webspace in WMA form.
Used when a band thinks of themselves as real metal but in fact are as technically skilled as an guitar playing epileptic in a room with a strobe light.
"I wish i could go to your n00b metal internet concert, but i have a Starcraft-themed 14th birthday to go to"
