What is Ndat?

Part of a verbal tic often unknowingly included in ordinary speech by Central Albertan strength athletes. It has no real meaning yet is heard dozens if not hundreds of times each workout, often as part of a totally useless 'life lesson'.
"Sometimes in life ndat, if they ain't got no ten gallon hats, ya gotta wear two fives ndat,"
