What is Nemc?

New England Music Camp, aka the most amazing place on Earth. It just so happens to be in Sidney, Maine. With the beautiful Lake Messalonskee, it is a place of true beauty. It usually runs from the last few days of June to mid-August. Campers can attend first session, second session, or go for the full season.
With many ensembles such as choirs, orchestras, and bands; classes such as jazz appreciation, history of pop, orchestral literature, music theory, string/wind/brass/percussion/keyboard classes; recreational activites such as sailing, canoeing/kayaking, volleyball, basketball, archery, soccer, ultimate, phys. fit, swim, and drama; amazing administrators; skilled and knowledgeable teachers; the most amazing counselors; campers that are friendly and talented; a great combination of music and frienships...
New England Music Camp is the most incredible place to be during the summer.

Mr. Gregorian, the most hilarious conductor, conducts the symphony orchestra at NEMC.
Dr. Stoltie reminds NEMC campers to wear purple underwear if they are performing in concerts.
