Worn by strippers and burlesqueartists, nipple tassles (tassels) consist of a small piece of material with sequins on one side and backing on the other. On the sequined side are sewn five or more fine strands of tiny beads or jewels 2 or 3 inches long. These can be coloured or in crystal.
