A word said by many "quackers" to descibe when something is delicious or tasty. Made famous by Jeanne Bice, creator of the Quacker Factory clothing line as seen on QVC.
Quacker #1-"What did you have for dinner last night?"
Quacker #2-"Oh! I made a great big salad with meat and cheese in it! It was num toggs!"
