What is Orbellian?

Used to describe an entirely inappropriate statement or action, in any context, but particularly in situations where the offender is massively inebriated.
Offender, at party, to group: "You know any girl that doesn't slap you after telling her how you would like to jizz on her date is a girl worth spending more time with."
Observer, to friend: "Well, that was orbellian."
