What is Overha?

The process of overly laughing, most notably during an IMconversation or any sort of electronic communication. The over laugh can be noted by the excess use of haha or lol. It especially gets annoying when others overha over something unfunny or a joke that wasn't that funny.

Fredrick:Nacho Cheese
