Packard hell can refer to a computer that prohibits users to access the bios , as these were the first computers to do this . This makes any repair or upgrade a royal pain . It also refers to a computer that runs an anoying program at boot that is un-avoidable .
Packard Hell had to get the Hell out of the US and flee to Britian becase they SUCK . The name goes on (hey even shit rolls down a hill)with Hewlit Packard who refuses to suport them .
