Something that is "page 46" refers to a myspace truthbox forum thread in which on page 46 some user used html to change the background of the page to show a variety of very disturbing images including ut not limited to- defication porn, relapsed anus's, dismembered bodies, variations of gore. Children as young as 14 were known to have whitnessed this post.
It was then dubbed that whenever something of that magnitude occurs, something has become page 46'd.
