What is Papslap?

Invented during the early 90's, a tennis ball with a huge arc cleared the court, and the fence in a highly populated suburb of New Jersey and hit a woman exiting a nearby Health Clinic in the crotch. The woman had to return to the Clinic immediately afterwards due to the pain and every Nurse and Tennis Player on that day began to refer to the incident as
"the papslap"
"So I'm teaching my little cousin to cook and the little bastard grabs the cooking spoon and hits me in the..you know"
"a papslap?"
"yeah a papslap"
