What is Paul Hoehn?

A mouthy man who likes to play around with his check books and never actually get anything done. He likes to waste time by driving around in his car using up gas money that he could easily be spending on more important things. Basically, he is as dumb as they come! Plus, he has become growly obessed with Beyonce Knowles.
