Is a variant of Eelam, but mostly the same. It's a semi-desert area in Northern Sri lanka claimed by Tamil terrorists to be their homeland, even though the entire area is littered with Sinhalese artifacts, suggesting that the Sinhalese had lived there before migrating to the much better climates of Central and Southern Sri Lanka.
