Also known as perma-smile.
To have a permanent smile on your face when you are under the influence of any drug or alcohol. Most likely, somebody will have a permasmile when they are on really good shrooms and suffer from uncontrollable laughter that seems to go on forever.
I was so
trashed last night on shrooms that I had a permasmile and thought everything was funny.
