fat, man-eating, Loud spikey haired penguins that feed off soles of mankind and asses that resemble that of a baboon's with the exception that a recticle is marked on it with the center directly on the anus. Term coined by the infamous rob o'connor as a hybridization of two of the most notorious |gAp| clan members <i>Pernz</i> and <i>Alwin</i>.
The central breeding ground for perwinz is Newark NJ because they are highly attracted to the energy output that comes from stealing TVs.
