What is Phlonkerton?

A sport/game created back in the day in which contestants get as close to an oncoming ocean wave as possible without getting splashed. The object of the game is to reach out and touch the wave without the wave touching you. This game is most enjoyable when tripping under the moonlight at Point Dume. It is named after its creater Sir Francis Chad Phlonkerton III.
