What is Pickel Drag?

When one is in a crowed public place (i.e Bar or mall) and is knowingly erect or has a semi and inconspicuously rubs his package along anothers genitalia. The object of pickel dragging is not to get caught.
I was at the bar last night and saw this girl that would not give me the time of day so I walked by and pickel dragged the shit out of the bitch.
