Plastic wings is where you engage in sexual intercourse with a female with an artificial appendage. This has to include a limb (arm, leg) therefore not the usual nose / breast / cosmetic enhancement plastic (which would make it a little bit OK).
Johnny won his plastic wings last night. He may have been disappointed but she was hopping when he bolted with her stereo and leg the next day.
