What is Plunkert Search?

A new and innovative method developed by Nathan Plunkert in response to his schools requirement that he program his own binary search method. While being slightly less efficient than a pure binary method, the plunkert sort is more aesthetically pleasing.
I decided to go the road less travelled and use the plunkert search.
