POIR = Person Of Inferior Race
Use depends on the user's race. POIRs should not use it unless referring to themselves. Use can range from a jovial context up to extreme racism. Usually used by caucasians.
"I'm sick of going to the pool because it's always filled with POIRs."
"Man, these soccer balls are so cheap! The POIRs are good for something after all."
"Look at that dirty POIR. You can just see how dishonest and shifty he is."
