What is Pony Beads?

Any number of cheap, small, plastic, colourful beads, commonly used in childrens craft. Mainly used in making beadad animals. Can be almost any colour, and any texture. (Glow in the dark, glitter, shiny)
Pony beads are the most common types of beads used in raver's "candy."
Person 1 "Did you see that girl's bracelet?"
Person 2 "Yeah, it was totally made out of pony beads and yarn."
