Someone who can repel Poon by their sheer presence. When one avoids a Poon Laser, it is referred to as "dodging the laser". Furthermore, should anyone enter or come into contact with you unwillingly and unwanted, their intrusion MUST be excused with no question if it was while trying to "dodge the laser".

The most infamous Poon Laser of all is Mark Landar, who is a force to be reckoned with. If you should come into contact with a Poon Laser, it is imperative that you take steps to quarantine and disinfecting yourself before coming into contact with anyone. Always have an escape plan in case a Poon Laser should enter your vicinity.
