What is Preaimer?

Your aim is so good actually you hit before you should: The goal is to be good as only cloud (cLd^) could.
Ping drops of about 10 milliseconds, and your not used to it, you then become a preaimer because you try to compensate the ping disavantage you had before althought that disavantage is now less evident
