People who, for personal reasons, refuse to eat organisms with 1 (or more) distinct nucleus. Their diets are restricted to bacteria and archaea, and have significantly reduced life expectancies.

Prokarytarian: Do you have anything prokarytarian on the menu?

Waiter: Um, a salad?

Prok.: No, plants have nuclei.
