Puff Puff Pirate Edit Meaning

A term coined by my friend nicci whilst incredibly stoned. the story was told like this on the bus one mourning: after smoking copious amounts of weed, she decides to play 3,2,1- a smoking game, but due to the excessive use of the drug, she could not remember its name and thus substituted it with 'Puff puff pirate'

(she could of alos been trying to refer to Puff the magic dragon or Chasing the dragon) lol love ya nix!

nicci:... er... yeah lets play ... erm... Puff puff pirate lol
