It is a strong feeling of affection (or crush) that person A develops for person B solely because person B had a crush on person A first - or, person A thought person B had a crush on person A first; especially when person A would not normally give person B the time of day.

Helen and Delilah thought it would be funny to spread a rumor that I liked Chris, and all of a sudden Chris developed a reciprocrush on me.

(I later had a counter-reciprocrush on him, but it didn't last long)
