one who rides the system while doing nothing to help him/herself. Also known to use their welfare checks to buy 40's and drugs and many other unnecessary items such as big screen tvs and electronics.
Damn! That reliefer Drew has no job, but he sure has some nice stuff! Makes me wish I was unemployed too!
