What is Retard Bar?

An insult used in the halo games community to describe a part of an icon depicting rank for a person who has the relative xp to rank up but not the level.
Ranks with a retard bar:
Leiutenant grade 3
First leiutenant
Captain grade 3
Staff Captain
Major grades 2 and 3
Feild Major
Commander grades 2 and 3
Strike Commander
Colnel grades 2 and 3
Force Colnel
Brigadier grades 2 and 3
Brigadier General
Gunnery Seargeants are ommitted as these people are generally very casual gamers and only play social matches also Leiutenant and Captain grade 2s are left out because there is a 15 and 50 exp gap between levelling up and required exp.
Out of these ranks the least desirable to be are the Brigadier grades simply because you are going to be matched up with a lot of generals at that stage and 9 times out of 10 they will probably mention the fact you cant level up.
General: 'hey brigadier grade 2, why dont you shake off your retard bar and join the rest of the room'
Brigadier grade 2: 'because i have a life outside of halo unlike you'
General: 'but your stats say you have more exp than me therefore play more than me'
Brigadier grade 2: ...:(
rest of lobby: 'Pwnd'
