What is Rhian-go-round?

A dirty, often flogged out amusement ride found outside shopping centres and pubs. Very dated and out of fashion. Usually seen in the shape of a pig, occasionally with a saddle.
Girl: 'Mummy, can I please have twenty cents to ride the
rhian-go-round ? It'scheap !'
Drunk guy outside pub, to friends: 'Hey, lets all get on the
