Those people who hog the outside lane of the motorway or express way without passing any other vehicle causing great distress to the person who wants to get past causing them to undertake or tailgate them
BMW's and Mercedes are keen favourites for the crown of road captains,when they do eventually move they promptly floor the gas in an effort that you dont get past only to pull back out thinking "well,I gave him enough time to get past"
