Road snot is the oil and rubber that rises to the surface on the roads of Los Angeles when the first rain of the year comes. It gets ground into the ground, then when that first rain does come, the roads are slippery as hell! You don't find road snot in Seattle since it rains there all the time.
Well, it's November 1 and the first rain of the year hit the raods of Los Angels. Fresh road snot rose to the surface and caused 100 accidents today.
