What is Roegan Splash?

A very large and cohesive bowel movement that detaches at the last moment, resulting in a large splash that creates a "Sea World" affect across the butt cheeks. A neutrally bouyant shit, often due to the large ingestion of corn.
(While standing at a urinal) "Did you hear that noise? I bet the dude in stall number two dropped a Roegan Splash."
