When a woman's breasts mimic that of a fat roll. They are lumpy, saggy, and hang near the armpits. Usually present in larger women, they appear to be yet more fat rolls on the torso.
Roll boobs are basically fat rolls with nipples.
Steve: "Check out that chick's roll boobs!"
Dave: "Ugh, I bet you could find loose change underneath those things."
