What is Russette?

A lazy employee who wastes company time. A employee who spends many hours of the work day staring at the computer screen and gets nothing done. A person that spends less than 8 hours at work per day. Someone at work who calls home more than 8 times a day to chat or check on their spouse.
You are such a Russette! It's time to do a Russette on my timesheet. Today I am doing a Russette by working less than eight hours.
