A racist connotation of beaurocratic scrutiny or examination leading one to 'jump through hoops' so to speak.
Checking someone over; credentials, identifications, records, and personal history, through authoritative interrogation in a similar manner to how a racist police officer would treat innocent African American people.
Bull Shit.
The Cops pulled the mans car over and gave him the whole niggamarole. Just short of giving the man a cavity search, the Officers scoured the driver and his vehicle finding nothing and later letting the man go with a 'warning.'
