A woman over the age of 65 who targets men at least 20 years her junior to date. Similar to a cougar but over the age of 65. Since saber-tooth tigers are extinct, it ties into the fact that these women are much older and near extinction themselves.

Girl 2: "Oh yea, she's a total saber-tooth."

A women 15 years or older than the young man she is dating. This is the extreme case of the commonly known "Cougar" term for an older women dating a younger man. Beware the Saber-Tooth young men as they are experienced and hunt their prey without mercy.
