Slang for, "It is alright". Used to describe a situation that is not salgoud, or salbad. In other words it is a bit of a fuck up, but no big deal.
Jesse: HOLY FUCK!! I just took a HUGE peterson and barfed on your dog!!
Greg: Bit of a fuck up, no big deal.
Peter: Yo, anyone want to go hack a but?
Peterson: Anyone want to go get high and sleep over in my basement?
