This is a few step process. Step 1, eat greasy food and stomach - disturbances throughout the coarse of a day. Step 2, convince your partner to get in a 69 position with you for intercourse. Step 3, At the end of your little session, when you are about to shoot one out, turn around and diarrhea right into his/her mouth.
