What is Sammer?

International term/name used to describe the greatest specimen of man: king of all kings, pimp of all pimps.
"Sammer, when I grow up I wanna be just like you!" or "Hail O' mighty Sam I am truly blessed to have met you"

A type of female who is really hyper and sometimes somewhat annoying. A Sammer can automatically make any situation really awkward and she laughs at really inappropriate times. She drinks alot and loves to party, and when she's drunk she sometimes confesses her love for her bestfriends. People get tired of her really easily and usually like her alter-ego alot better.
Person: My cat just died.... I watched the whole thing happen....:(
Sammer: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHH i bet it was hilarious.
