Sam-Tans is simply, a pronouced version of a word. This name came from "Microsoft Sam", the utility that comes with Windows (Control Panel - Sounds, speech and other audio devices), that reads out what you type in an 'attempt to sound normal' voice.
Evan: Dude... if you say 'rofl' in Sam-Trans form, you will get rawfull. That is why people say 'rawfull waffle'.
