What is Sarneco?

In Cuban language it means a cernicalo sarnoso, that is, a mangy cernicalo (a bird of prey similar to the hawk but smaller).

The word is used to refer to someone who is a dumb stupid asshole, a moron, a sapingo, a comemierda.
