refers to a person that has "scheef" tendencies, scheef is a word with dutch origins which is defined as "crooked" or "bent". A schieve is a person who has acquired a negatively connotated aspect, be it physical or mental. Homosexuality as well as various types of fetish behavior can result in one being called a "schieve".
