What is Schmae?

A smoke. A cigarette. Pronounced: Sh-meh

Used because smokers are often too lazy and informal to say the entire word or question.

Usually used in place of saying the entire: "Want to go for a ..."

(While looking at a smoker, usually accompanied by a slight head flick)
